Workday Analyst job in Houston at Search Services

Summary:

A global energy company is seeking a long term contract experienced with at least 2-4 global implementations of workday. 

Requirements:

Experience with a least 6 Workday upgrade cycles (There are two upgrades every year)

Experience in all of following modules/areas

Reporting and analytics

Global and US enterprise structures

Company reorganizations

Divestitures

M&A

Workforce planning and reorganizations

Recruiting

Compensation

Benefits

Set up

Testing

Integration

Payroll

Lower priority but we would need this resource to work with OSV, with an outsource vendor

Time and absence

Set up plans

Create reports

Security

Strong knowledge of the security framework within Workday

Custom role creation

Audit reporting

Form development and workflow for documents

Experience training and development staff

Familiar with the SOX process for an enterprise application
