The Technical Resource Recruiter will function as a full-service recruiter and be responsible for working with clients and internal staff to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, developing staffing strategies, preparing and posting jobs, managing open positions, sourcing for talent, assessing candidate matches,  and coordinating interviews.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Transfer resumes and candidate specific information from digital formats into database systems
  • Enter and edit data provided by candidates or staff
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update and verify existing data in the candidate database on a regular basis
  • Retrieve matrix and report data from database as requested
  • Communicate by phone and email with candidates
  • Edit and format resumes and other candidate documents to company templates
  • Work with Global locations to support staffing requirements
  • Maintain Inspector certification database
  • Formatting resumes into the Cardno PPI format
  • Aid in on-boarding new candidates
  • Comply with the Cardno PPI Quality Management System and its documented information

Requirements

The minimum requirement to qualify for this opportunity is at least 3–5 years of recruitment experience; Oil and Gas recruiting experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of organization.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe Professional
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness
  • Self-motivated
  • Decision making, analyzing information
  • Understanding of federal and state employment laws.

Additional Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Familiarity with oil & gas terminology
