Actual Job Title: SharePoint Segment Coordinator- Technical Business Analyst 

Job Description: 
The Technical Business Analyst will report to the Team Lead for SharePoint Next team. This person will be part of a team responsible for migrating SharePoint 2010 sites from on-premise data center to SharePoint Online. Work will include engaging business units to help them assess, plan and prepare their site collection. As well as working with technical migration teams in India to help resolve and communicate technical issues. 

Responsibilities include: 
• Maintain a working knowledge of SharePoint Migration and other business processes as they change and grow 
• Facilitate and lead migration planning and preparation sessions with business users and migration team as appropriate 
• Working with other Chevron team to ensure all resources are aligned for a successful migration. 

Skill Set Required: 
• 5+ years of SharePoint technical experience- examples include SharePoint development, SharePoint migration, developing of SharePoint sites, etc. 
• 5+ years Business Analysis experience 
• 5+ years in Information Technology 
• 1+ year of Chevron ITC work experience- they are required to have previous Chevron experience 
• Excellent speaking and writing ability 
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel to perform data analysis 
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products, Visio, SharePoint, Process Modeling, Use Case documentation 

Address: 1600 Smith Street, Houston, TX. No travel involved for this position, will work in the Houston office throughout the contract. 

Team: The team currently has up to 11 people and many of them are also SharePoint Coordinators. They need to have Chevron experience since the project is ending in December and the team does not have time to train someone for a few months.
