Job Description

Our North area drilling client is seeking two Purchasing Agents to assist with urgent purchasing project. The position requires auditing, reconciling and entering purchasing orders that are backlogged. 

Job Functions:

  • Provide support to the purchasing process
  • Process bids and purchasing documents and materials
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery
  • Knowledge of items and ensure that the organization is purchasing and spending efficiently


  • High School diploma
  • 3+years experience in a purchasing role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven history of effective supply management
  • Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
