Job Description

SUMMARY:

A global LNG company is seeking a Oracle Fusion Lead to manage automation of business and accounting processes as well as system enhancement initiatives throughout the Company.

DESCRIPTION:

Recommend and participate in implementing processes, automated tools and systems to support accurate, complete, consistent and timely reporting of company’s financial statements and SEC filings as well as effective design and operation of internal controls.

Lead stakeholders through the requirements-analysis, design/selection, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of ERP and Accounting IT Systems (AIS) solutions.

Provide overall direction, guidance, definition and facilitation for the development of current and future solutions necessary to meet the needs, and strategic goals of the enterprise and proactively assist in defining the direction of future projects.

Develop practical strategies to better align the IT and accounting groups.

Identify and analyze the accounting group’s drivers to derive useful context, and analysis of the current IT systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workiva, etc.) to detect critical shortcomings and recommend solutions for improvement.

Coordinate across business, applications and infrastructure leveraging experience and technical knowledge to ensure the accounting group’s objectives are met with stable, robust solutions.

Coordinate with IT leadership to continually ensure on-budget and on-time delivery of solutions to the group while complying with enterprise standards and controls.

Determine and review staffing requirements to adequately support the ERP and AIS solutions.

Lead and own the entire portfolio and planning function including, building, maintaining and managing the multi-year program roadmap, and 30-60-90 day plans.

Lead the Program Governance Board meetings which serve as the executive status and governance forum for the program.

Coordinate deliverables across all project streams and identify critical risks & dependencies that require management attention.

Own the cross-program RAID (risks, action, issues and decision) method, tool and process including first level resolution of issues and visibility / escalations to the executive leadership team where appropriate.

Lead and manage the demand & capacity process for the program which includes developing plans, estimates and resource models for the program including working with stakeholder groups to gather inputs and formulate a consistent and data-driven approach to planning, estimating and resource modeling.

Work closely with the project controller to manage the budget including sustain & Program components with processes for quarter close, asset management, liquidations, pacing, Op planning, and blueprint that is a significant budget representing, multiple leaders on the program (C&B (Compensation & Benefits), Contracted Services, Assessments and T&L (Travel & Living)).

Manage spend and responsible for communication of the overall progress with regards to budget, projections, actuals and realized / unrealized benefits to the program leadership team.

Execute all Vendor Management processes within the designated budget.

Have responsibility for facilitating the vendor management strategy and needs, executing the RFP (Request For Proposal) process, QFD (Quality Function Deployment), SOW (Statement of Work) and PO (Purchase Order) process in partnership with the leaders and within the guidelines of sourcing requirements.

Be responsible for onboarding and welcoming of all new employee resources to the program.

Lead the PMO team of direct and indirect reports.

Be responsible for day-to-day task allocations, goal setting, and performance evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with originating and maintaining both project and enterprise documentation related to the planning, implementation and on-going use of ERP/AIS solutions

Specific knowledge of Accounting processes, including CoA, AR, AP, G/L, Procurement, Cash Management, Reporting, and Closing processes.

Prior experience with multiple ERP/AIS solutions.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 20 years of experience in program management with expertise in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.

At least 10-15 years of experience deploying large scale ERP programs, preferably Oracle and SAP.
