Job Description

Our SW key clients is seeking Inventory Control Analysts for their inventory department. 

FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate entry and control of material transactions; while supporting continuous improvement of inventory processes.
  • Processing the transfer of materials between multiple locations
  • Ensure inventory corrections follow prescribed variance procedures
  • Participation and Support of physical inventory audits
  • Monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle, and alert purchasing to any concerns
  • Participate in initiatives that will reduce the length of the supply chain, improve fill rates, and optimize inventory.
  • Work proactively with site users to create shared understanding of needs, decisions and promptly address all stock related issues and concerns.
  • Support, work and share details of all inventory best practices across the sites.Provide inventory work & support to all warehouse moves /consolidations
  • Review and proactively identify and correct deficiencies related to inventory records, material masters and catalog records.
  • Maintain effective and efficient working relationships with the business focal points to ensure stock material integrity.
  • Provide contributions to development, implementation and accuracy of all procedures and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or in lieu of degree at least 2 years business equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with Infor, Syteline v9x plus
