SUMMARY:   A Houston company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with specific expertise implementing the Sustainability Management (HR)  Modules of the IFS ERP software.  Specific expertise with HR and interfacing payroll systems is required. You will provide business, IFS implementation, and full product expertise and guidance for the product implementation.  This opportunity is targeted as a 6 month contract with the possibility to be extended. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participating and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with end users.
  • Defining, confirming, documenting, and analyzing business rules, requirements, use cases/user stories to a testable level of detail
  • Working with technical implementation team on technical aspects of the implementation as the user team representative
  • Conducting systems testing, end user training, and cutover
  • Specifying functional design for user interface, data conversion, systems integration, and forms and reports
  • Analyzing, documenting, and implementing system enhancement requests

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ IFS implementations as the Functional Business Analyst responsible for the IFS (HR) Sustainability Management Modules and associated modifications.  Specific Sustainability Management modules include: employee management, recruitment, employee development, training management, expense management, time & attendance, payroll administration (ADP), health & safety, and employee self-service.
  • Business Analyst Participation in 2+ full cycle IFS implementation project using software development lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
  • It is preferred that you are local in Houston for the project.  Remote work is a possibility based on expertise.

Preferred experience with an IFS implementation interfacing with third party tools for various business needs including recruiting and payroll
