Search Services is looking for an HR Manager for their growing recruiting firm client company located in the southwest Houston. Their idea candidate would be a partner who is dynamic, multi-faceted, creative and a progressive HR professional. The goal of this role is to promote the organization to being the premier destination for the top talent in their industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for recommending improvements to their employee relations policies and ensure that all employee related policies align with the corporate goals and established regulations. Other functions include compliance, reporting, recruiting, benefits, compensation, training and development.

  • 10+years previous HR experience
  • 5+years as an HR Generalist
  • SHRM,PHR certification preferred
  • Bilingual skills, preferred
