Job Description

Our global energy client is seeking an HR Generalist to ensure hire and maintain recruiting efforts. This role will focus on all recruiting functions, employee relations and provide support to ensure the company's employees are satisfied and working effectively.


  • Manage interviewing, recruiting, hiring and training of employees.
  • Communicating regularly with managers both in the corporate office and in the field.
  • Ensure all employees are in compliance both on and offshore.
  • Enter transfers, promotions, demotions, new hires, terminations and other employee system transactions.
  • Certify that all health and safety policies are carried out by employees to ensure safety at work.
  • Responsible for the correct use of protective clothing as provided by the company.
  • Report any hazardous situations arising in the workplace that cannot be self-corrected or injury incurred during the course of work, not matter how minor.
  • Ensure the organization's ethics policy and its application in all business dealings including contractual agreements and contract negotiations.
  • Work comfortably with field personnel
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Travel to field and other office locations.


  • BBA or BA in business, human resources, human resource management or human resource administration
  • Candidate for a position as an HR Generalist for at least 3-5yrs
  • Training in fields such as legalities, employee relations, compensation, safety and preventative labor relations is preferred.
  • In most cases, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is not required, however, it is strongly preferred.
