Job Description

Our client is seeking a well versed HR Generalist for their growing HR team. The position will be working out of their corporate office in Southwest Houston. The role will be recruiting for their healthcare roles that range from full-time, part-time and PRN positions.  The desk typically handles requisitions in the excess of 50+ for local and domestic offices. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit, source, initiate contact and screen candidates for clinical positions
  • Coordinate the hiring process for Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and other clinical positions
  • Advertise through on-line resources, print ads, direct mail, and employee referrals to identify future employees
  • Complete reference checks, background checks, OIG, eVerify, and new hire documentation as needed
  • Other HR duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
  • 2 years recruitment experience (Healthcare background preferred)
