Job Description

SUMMARY:  A large organization is seeking an experienced Peoplesoft HCM Time and Labor consultant to join their Irving team for a 6 month project with the strong possibility to be extended.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Business Analyst and Development teams: 
• to create requirements documents, maintain application, configuration, test, support (issue management, request fulfillment) related to Production Support 
• Provide expert analysis for the PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor Module to include the development and analysis of complex Rules and Non Rule processing, Time Reporting Codes, TL work groups, Time and Labor Security, Employee Self Service Timesheet, and leave administration, and how integration to and from Time and Labor 
• May Assist with tasks associated with 9.2 Implementation project 

Contribute independent subject matter expertise and execution of assigned 
tasks including: 
• Incident management and resolution to include request fulfillment 
• Problem management and root cause analysis 
• Assisting with compiling/review business cases 
• Documenting and organizing business requirements and future state processes 
• Translating and simplifying business requirements 
• Assist with the creation of Implementation and sustainment documents: 
o Fit Gap Documents 
o Change Requests 
o Functional Specifications 
o Configuration Guides 
o Proof of Concept documentation 
o Business Process Guides 
o Development of detailed test plans for modules 
• Working knowledge of Oracle Support tools to include PeopleBooks 
• Data Validation using query tools 
• Other duties as assigned 


- Bachelors Degree

- 2-5 years of Peoplesoft 9.1/9/2HCM Suite BA Experience

- Specific Preferred experience with the following modules:Time and Labor 
• Time and Labor Rules development 
• Time Reporting Codes 
• Employee Self Service Timesheet Processing 
• AWE – Workflow, notifications, event trigger 
• Manager Self Service transaction setup and configuration using fluid and mobile technologies 
• Manager Dashboard and analytics 

Human Resources: 
• Job Data as it relates to Time and Labor 

• Integration between Payroll and Time and Labor 

- Preferred Service Now/Cherwell (Incident and Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, 
etc.) hands-on experience
