Job Description

North area client is seeking Credit and Collections Specialist for their growing organization. Duties include handling all aspects of customer collections, cash applications, managing the NOI documents, handling all collections and various other accounting functions as it reports to the Controller.


The successful candidate will need to perform collections calls, reconcile, post and apply high volume of payments received via lock boxes. 


  • Manage the application of payments according to payment advice
  • Reconcile batches to deposit records 
  • Maintain detailed transaction information
  • Perform collection efforts through verbal and written communication
  • Manage customer accounts


  • 2+yrs experience performing collections, processing payments such as a bank teller or lock box preferred
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with MS Navision
  • Accurate data entry skills
