Job Description

Downtown civil law firm seeks a dynamic receptionist for their busy front office. Qualified candidates will perform the following functions:

  • Greet and direct clients and guests
  • Answer and forward all incoming phone calls
  • Receive, coordinate, and order firm supplies
  • Maintenance of front desk and lobby 
  • Maintain incoming mail and ship documents as needed 
  • Assist other administrative staff with mail merge functions
  • Receive daily mail, deliveries and couriers 
  • Manage postal machine, copier, courier and shipping contract
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate internal and external meeting requests (lunches, meeting rooms, video boards, meeting material, etc.)

Requirements

  • Prior receptionist experience, legal firm experience preferred but not required
  • General computer skills MS Office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma and college education preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines
