Position Overview:

Growing Houston based midstream company seeks business development manager to join their team. Company is publicly traded and is a spin off of another publicly traded energy company. Great way to join a hyper-growth company and get in "on the ground floor." Company's executives are aggressive and move at fast pace, so significant energy and personal drive are required. Looking for significant midstream development experience.  Prior Permian Basin experience is a strong plus but not required. Looking for someone with excellent communication skills.  This position represents the company to the outside world, so strong ethics and values are a must.  And, confidence without arrogance is required. This person must be a strategic thinker in addition to being a great salesperson.  So, strong analytical skills and excellent financial modeling skills are a must. Solid general business knowledge is desired--don't need to be an expert at everything, but want a resourceful person who has had decent exposure to contracts, financial modeling, capital deployment analysis, etc. and can just "figure things out" when they encounter things they "don't know." Requirements:

--Midstream business development experience is required. 

--Experience with both crude and natural gas pipes is preferred.

--Excellent communication skills are a must.

--Advanced relationship development and networking aptitude required.
