Job Description

Medical Center client is seeking a part-time full charge bookkeeper for their pharmaceutical organization. The ideal client will handle the fundamental aspects of our client's financial record keeping.

The qualified individual will be responsible for supporting the general accounting function by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, account analysis, bank reconciliations as well as processing accounts payable and receivables, supporting the monthly close process and participating in other general accounting projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 yrs. of relevant experience

Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Strong analytical and accounting skills

Intermediate to advanced experience with QuickBooks-Pro, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook  

Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency are essential

Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
