Accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, up to and not
excluding to uploading to customer portals.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Invoicing customer orders in a timely manner
Proficient knowledge of various of ERP systems
Proficient knowledge of various customer portals
Maintaining customer invoice files and documents
Basic computer and Microsoft office software
Accuracy and efficiency is key
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
Proficient Data entry skills
Strong communication skills with co-workers and customers is a must
Ability to prioritize workload, solve problems quickly and interact with others to achieve efficient, seamless workflow
Detailed-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a deadline driven environment

Prior Accounts Receivable experience is preferred
