Provide administrative support to the necessary personnel in the Bammel Aftermarket Organization and contribute as a key member of the administrative team. 


Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures 
Comply with all Facility/Group specific responsibilities

Reconcile Time and Utilization Reports 
Daily & Weekly Kronos Error Reports - Enter Missed or Inaccurate Time 
Time Movements as Requested with Appropriate Approvals 
Review Open WIP Reports - Review Open Sales Order Reports 
Create, Maintain, and Close Work Orders - Create, Maintain, and Bill Sales Orders 
Review Service Jobs and Verify Accurate Costing 
Enter Employee Billable Expenses in Work Orders 
Cost Movements with Appropriate Approvals 
Tracker Ticket Updates for all Job Communications 
Rig Office Work Flow Processes 
Rig Office Scanning, Saving Documents in Case Files and Rig TSC Flow 
Communications with Operations Teams with Issues, Concerns, etc. 
Credit Memo Request and - Credit Memo Creation and Processing 
Repair Job Review and Verify Accurate Costing 
Accounts Receivable Reviews 
Communicate and Work with Credit to Resolve Collection Accounts 
Service Folder Creation and Distribution to JPO Team 
Customer Portal Entry 
Freight Expense Entry to Work Orders 
Accounts Payable GL Coding and Submitting for Payment 
Office Supply Orders and Distribution 
Any Other Required Duties from Management
