Job Description

Prepare monthly financial statement packages and perform the analysis and reporting for pipelines within the Enbridge Offshore Holdings consolidated group. Prepare annual FERC Form 2
and quarterly FERC Form 3-Qs.

Specific Accountabilities
• Prepare monthly management reports following prescribed monthly deadlines.
• Full accounting responsibility for specific pipeline assets, reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Complete month-end processes including recording estimates, preparing standard monthly journals and inter-company allocations.
• Record and reconcile all cash transactions for the Offshore entities
• Analyze revenues and work with field personnel to analyze expenses.
• Upload and reconcile the Quorum, LINK and other manual transportation invoices, working with EFS to resolve errors and issues.
• Prepare lead schedules and audit work papers for the annual FERC Form 2 audit and provide supporting documentation to PWC auditors.
• Assist FPA during budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) internal controls.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Department with collections including follow up with customers and coordination with offshore commercial group to resolve outstanding balances.
• Handle cash-out and imbalance processes.
• Record and prepare invoices for monthly administration fees.
• Comply with pipeline system Tariffs and transportation agreements.
• Address other accounting projects assigned by Offshore Accounting Manager.

Typical Qualifications

Four-year Accounting, Finance or equivalent degree.

4 to 6 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.

Working knowledge of U.S accounting (GAAP) and regulatory (FERC) standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with an attention to details.

Strong computer, analytical and writing skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of management.

Must be flexible and have the ability to consistently meet long and short-term deadlines.
