SUMMARY: Salesforce Administrator II reports to the Vice President of Applications & Development and assists with the ongoing development, deployment, and maintenance of our Salesforce.com applications. The candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the latest tools and platforms. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part administrator and part analyst. The Salesforce Administrator II will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce.com applications.
Essential Functions:
Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com applications
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Provides advice and training to end-users
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
Complete internal system audits as needed
Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
Provide technical support
Fully responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
Daily monitoring and maintenance activities
The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong data management abilities
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications are a huge plus
Expertise and experience in NetSuite are a huge plus
Knowledge of Web Services and Services Oriented Architecture is desirable
