Job Description

Our client, a premier MSP located Nationwide is seeking a Level 1 IT Technicians to add to their existing team as they are growing quickly. As part of their NOC technician team, you will get the chance to work with clients across many different fields including (but not limited to) Oil/Gas, Construction, medical, and engineering firms.  You will also get the chance to work with many different software technologies. Prior experience and certifications are preferred but not required.

Role and Responsibilities

Logging incoming and updating existing support requests via  ticketing system.

Provide immediate technical support to clients through onsite and remote means (phone, email, ticket)

Install software and perform routine maintenance and basic network and system administration tasks.

Document actions, troubleshooting steps, research, order information, and equipment information as required.

Attend training as requested by the company to maintain skills in required areas.


High School Diploma Required, Associates Degree is preferred

Understanding of computer and network hardware including routing/switching

Experience troubleshooting computer/network hardware issues and Windows based systems

Experience researching and troubleshooting user issues including email, printing, network, VOIP and virus-related issues

Willingness to learn, adapt, grow, accept criticism and work as part of a close-knit team

Strong Professional, Ethical, and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to Absorb and Retain Information Quickly

Ability to work solo on projects and issues
