Job Description

The HR Manager of Talent Management is responsible for strategic workforce planning, recruiting, training and development, and succession planning. The DTM must have a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset in order to establish a talent pipeline and skilled workforce that aligns with Sprint’s hiring needs and business objectives.  This position also plays a crucial role in preserving Sprint’s culture throughout the various branches and having a good sense of how employees are responding to workplace initiatives. 


  • Supervise the HR Assistant
  • Develop and lead the talent management strategy, including recruiting, interviewing, training and development
  • Design and manage the performance management process
  • Develop, implement and continuously evaluate a leadership development program
  • Manage job boards and coordinate job fairs
  • Draft job descriptions and postings
  • Draft offers of employment letters for managers and administrative staff
  • Prepare Non-Compete Agreements
  • Manage the hiring process - job postings, online application portals, external sourcing, post offer process and orientation / onboarding for new hires
  • Monitor compensation and benefits trends in the industry and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitiveness
  • On-boarding process – responsible for completing 30 and 90-day check in calls with recent hires.  Make recommendations on other on boarding initiatives
  • Keep a pulse on morale and employee engagement
  • Manage new hire and annual compliance training, establish training tracks, assign courses, manage users and generate reporting


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or related field
  • 7 - 10 years’ experience in recruiting combined with organizational development/training
  • At least 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Management experience over a multi-site / multi - company environment 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to effectively interact with different levels within the organization
  • Self-starter
  • Able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications and ADP
  • Ability to lead an ATS Implementation.
