Job Description

North area drilling client is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to fill and support on of their Executive Vice President. This position requires excellent communication skills along with attention to detail while meeting firm deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain complex and/or highly confidential materials including Executive Committee materials, PowerPoint presentations, department financial data, analyses, monthly/quarterly performance reports, contacts, etc.

• Manage executive communication, including answering phones and relaying messages, professionally greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, expense reporting, etc.

• Maintain executives' appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

• Conserve executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications, as appropriate.

• Prioritize requests using knowledge of the business to meet deadlines, customer needs, etc.

• Manage projects including Operations conference, off-site meetings, quarterly business reviews with vendors, etc.
